A Mastermind is a collective group of like-minded people from various walks of life and expertise that you meet with on a regular basis to help you grow. These are people that are normally outside your sphere of influence.

A Mentor is someone who has achieved what you hope to achieve and can help guide you and push you out of your comfort zone. You may talk to your Mentor less frequently or come together for growth opportunities.

Hosts should be financially compensated by charging members to be part of the

association with all its benefits. Each Host should decide what kind of dues they want to charge their members, knowing the investment paid by each member will be small in comparison to the rewards they will be receiving.
