Mastermind Association Certification
The Key Roles
The Key Roles
Just like in running any great organization, there are key players to running an effective mastermind group. In addition to the mastermind Host, in every mastermind session, the group designates 3 people to engage in leadership roles. These people rotate every week, so all members have an equal opportunity to actively participate in the mastermind roles.
The 3 roles are: Reader/Opener/Closer, Time keeper, and Scribe.
Who is the Reader
Reader/Opener and Closer:
Member who volunteers to read aloud “Who We Are,” “Rules” and “Agreements.” (This member can also facilitate the twoword check in exercise, the gratitude exercise and the opening and closing breathing exercise.)

Who is The Time Keeper
Time Keeper:

Who Is The Scribe
The Scribe:
Member who takes notes for each member while they are in the Opportunity Chair. This member also takes attendance for each session.
